Approximately every two years the Cincinnati Paralegal Association conducts a compensation survey of paralegals in Greater Cincinnati. We encourage all paralegals, whether you are a member or not, to take this survey. The data is collected completely anonymously. The results will be published later this year to all CPA members. The deadline to participate in this survey is February 21, 2026. If you have any questions, please email profdev@cincinnatiparalegals.org.
