Have been teaching in yoga studios, corporate settings, medical settings and fitness center venues since 2005. I’m currently an Adjunct Professor at Mt. St. Joseph University, teaching classes in beginning yoga, mediation and intermediate yoga with anatomy.
I’ve worked with special needs children and adults - specifically brain injury adults, Sickle Cell children and teens, cancer survivors and families at the Ronald McDonald House.
I’m passionate about helping people finding their own journey - whether through yoga, Ayruveda, meditation - what ever the path, I’m honored to help.
