We are pleased to announce that our speaker for April will be attorney, Bill Duning. Bill has been in practice for many years and has created a presentation called Managing the Difficult Attorney. Bill will be discussing tactics of the difficult lawyer, tools to manage the situation and the usefulness of civility. Bill tackles these issues head on, while keeping us laughing along the way.
